Samsung India has rolled out a series of promotional deals, extended warranties, and financing schemes across its home appliances portfolio ahead of Diwali. The campaign centers on the company's smart appliance ecosystem, with a focus on its Bespoke AI lineup.

Promotional Pricing and Financing Structures
Under the promotional rollout, buyers can receive cashbacks of up to ₹20,000 on eligible items. To lower upfront acquisition costs, Samsung has structured several consumer finance plans:
Entry-Level EMIs: Monthly installment plans begin at ₹888, with zero-down-payment options available through Samsung Finance+.
Triple Zero Scheme: On select Bespoke AI digital appliances, the brand has introduced a “Triple Zero” package featuring zero down payment, zero processing fees, and zero-percent interest on tenures ranging from six to ten months. This financing option is supported via partnerships with IDFC FIRST Bank, HDB Financial Services, and TVS Credit.
Warranty Extension: The company is bundling up to three years of additional coverage under its Samsung Care+ program at no added cost upon the purchase of a standard one-year warranty, subject to specified terms and conditions.
Integration of Bespoke AI Features
The campaign highlights upgrades across Samsung's connected appliance line, particularly the Family Hub refrigerator. The model incorporates generative AI to expand automated food recognition capabilities, allowing the internal system to identify a wider variety of ingredients and processed items.
Through the integrated AI Food Manager, the unit monitors inventory in real time, logs expiration dates, and updates shopping lists. These features link with the SmartThings Food platform to supply recipe recommendations and step-by-step cooking directions compatible with connected cooking appliances, while Bixby handles voice queries regarding items nearing their expiration dates. System security across the ecosystem is managed via Samsung Knox.

The promotional terms and financing packages are active nationwide through November 15, 2026. The offers can be accessed via Samsung's official website, major third-party e-commerce platforms, and authorized offline retail channels.
